4.29.5: Convert::BinHex bites

Yes, it doesn't look the most trustworthy code in the world. The RPM I made
for it doesn't do the "make test" at all. However, it can cause very little
damage so long as the code does always terminate at some point. I have
tried it on a few files and it produced correct output.

Unfortunately there isn't much choice in BinHex decoders, and I haven't the
time or inclination to write yet another one.
