4.29.5: Convert::BinHex bites

I had the same error on Redhat 9 systems. I bypassed the make test.
Basically, make and then make install ... It said installed
successfully. Ofcourse, I do not know if it is going to blow up
something. I will install the new unstable release and test it.

This error did not generate on RH 7.3 system ...
