HTML Hebrew

Hi guys.
I've been running MailScanner (with Spam Assassin and various plug-ins) for about a month now.

Everything works great. Performance is superb, spam filtering gets better each day.

I have one annoying problem which I have no clue how to solve.

First - mail comes in and goes out exactly as it should, the problem regards only mailscanner's notifications.

When an email is scanned and mailscanner (and/or SA) decide that it's spam, mailscanner stores the message and sends a notification to the user.
I then use MailWatch to check the message, use sa-learn to learn that it's ham, or spam, etc.

If the email that was sent from outlook (and formatted as HTML) was written in Hebrew, mail scanner puts gibberish in the Subject line of the nitification message, and in the body - where it writes the subject of the original message (example: "{Spam not delivered} ðùîç ìôâåù àåúê áååòéãú VOIP 2004 -éåí ä' 25.3 ëôø äîëáéä")
The letters you can't read should be in Hebrew, but they're not.

If the same message (written in Hebrew) is sent from outlook formatted as plain text - everything works OK.

I can't make all of my contacts send mail formatted as text only, so I have to find a way to make mailscanner echo the subject correctly.

PLEASE, help, as this issue alone might kill the whole project here....

Thanks.
