That won't solve your problem. Change SpamAssassin User State Dir = back to
SpamAssassin User State Dir =
And then add:
bayes_path /var/spool/MailScanner/spamassassin/bayes
If you want your bayes files stored in /var/spool/MailScanner/spamassassin
