Spam Quarantine Weekly Report

I have done something similar:

All messages are quarantined, the user gets a summary the next day for the
previous day with a link which moves the files from quarantine into the
outgoing queue. This keeps the noise down.

Email me offline for the scripts, they are not perfect but may give you some
ideas.
