rule set error

Hello,

I have the following error showing up in the logs;

Mar 18 12:11:28  MailScanner[16830]: Syntax error in line 7 of ruleset file
/etc/MailScanner/rules/blacklist.rules
<snip>

Line 7 shows;

FromOrTo:       default no
<snip>

What is the correct syntax for this?
