I don't think that message was blacklisted by MS. Should have a line
like this:

Mar 18 20:06:29 kleenex MailScanner[8769]: Message i2IJ6Q7u000876 from
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (ab2s8qybaqag27gb9qaaaaaeaaa2nw at folkblaster.com) to
xxx.xxx is spam (blacklisted)

Do you run SA from procmail or something?
