if that is the case it will default to the .spamassassin directory of
the user you are running MailScanner as...
prob best to
stop mailscanner
create a dir something like /var/spool/spamassassin
but the correct bayes files in there
make sure they can be read/written by the user Mailscanner runs as
restart MailScanner
