Subject changing for attachments

Is there a way in MailScanner to add to the subject line a notice only for
emails with file attachments ? I have changed the
option

Scanned Modify Subject = end # end

and left the default option

Filename Modify Subject = yes

But when I change the first option, all messages have the subject line
changed even though they do not contain file
attachments.
