How to NOT deliver upon SA timeout

I am getting heaps of mail delivered with no spam score, only timeout.

How do i tell MailScanner NOT to deliver messages is spamassassin times
out - i woulod rather they sit in the queue and were processed either
when the server is less busy or the network is not causing timesouts, or
whetever. Anything other than delivering heaps of spam.

Appreciate any tips - DESPERATE.
