Denial of Service attack in message!

Dear all,

>From time to time my mailscanner / clamav mailsystem classifies normal,
clean mail as messages containing Denial of Service attacks! After
waiting a while and resending the same email the same massage gets thru
without any problems.

Does anybody have an idea where the problem is?
