mails stuck in /etc/postfix.in (mailscanner tries starting again and again...)

I use postfix too and i too see a load of emails stuck in the queue,
maybe update your MS version as it seems to have some efficiency code
mods in the next release, which may help you. Mine is running better
with 4.28-6, but still not as good as 4.24-5
