Mailscanner-mrtg very slow

                         Hello,
i had install mailscanner-mrtg V 0.08.1 since 4 weeks and it works
fine until next week. Since this week i don't know why but now mailscanner-mrtg
is very slow: more than 20-30 minutes to finish execute.
My server  is a DEll Bi-xeon 2,8G with 2G0 ram with Mandrake corporate 
server 2.1

Any idea ?
