Mailscanner success now the next step

The usual solution to this, when using fetchmail (I hope getmail works in a
similar way), is to have fetchmail deliver the mail to localhost via SMTP,
at which point MailScanner will pick it up and scan it. Then have the MTA
deliver to local mailboxes.
