BlackList / Whitelist settings in spam.assassin.prefs.conf

I would advise doing them with MailScanner.conf entries "Is Definitely
Spam" (used for blacklisting) and "Is Definitely Not Spam" (used for
whitelisting). The whitelist is already setup for you as an example. Just
do the same for the blacklist.
