Feature suggestion: quarantine password protected zip messages

I would like to have a switch so I could choose to quarantine messages
that contain unscannable attachments. A report should be sent out to the
recipient with the usual from/to/subject/date that is usually enough to
determine that it's nothing they asked for so they don't ask me to
release it from quarantine. But if they do, I can check inside the
message for the password and scan it manually before I do so.
It seems to be a trend to send viruses through password protected zips
now and I think this would help. What do you think?
