No. SA will determine if it is necessary to run an expire based on a token 
limit (which you can configure) and do it while you are scanning. If you 
are a very large site this could happen several times a day and slow down 
processing. The other two options are for avoiding this. Running it once 
per day during low volume hours should be most effective.
