MRTG / and Sendmail 8.13.x problems (2 questions)

b.) there are nomore details sorry
Cause Logs are ok (both ) there are no failures ore something just mails
(not all) some , are coming in with <<< No Message Collected >>>
With 8.12.x there are no problems
i think maybe to do with the Content Convert?
Its a redhat 9 system newest mailscanner version
