some installation bugs:

Tired of me yet?

1) check_mailscanner asserts a path of /opt/MailScanner/bin even though
the install location includes the path name. (this one just happens to
work for me because I happen to be symlinking MailScanner and
mailscanner to the full name+version number)

2) the INSTALL file is clearly out of date (telling you to check files
that have been renamed or moved to a different location)

3) I told install.sh to ignore-perl, implying it used
/usr/local/bin/perl, but the executable path in bin/MailScanner is
/usr/bin/perl (again, due to symlinks, this doesn't really matter, but
it is wrong).

overall, though, I'm much happier with the install.sh experience than I
thought I'd be.
