To start with start here http://www.plusone.com/gaptuning/postfix/ to
get Postfix talking to your Exchange box. The rest, install from the
ports tree (See the FreeBSD manual if you are not sure how
http://www.freebsd.org/handbook ) and configure suitably. All the config
files you need will be in /usr/local/etc and not /etc
