What does WEB_BUGS refer to in the log file?  What is it and what is it looking for and what does MailScanner or Spamassassin do with it?

See the following example from my MailScanner box.

SpamAssassin (score=6.3, required 5, CLICK_BELOW 1.53, DOUBLE_CAPSWORD 1.05, NORMAL_HTTP_TO_IP 3.31, WEB_BUGS -0.43, CLICK_HERE_LINK 0.85)
