Strange, on a testing host of mine, the opposit is the case. But them
again I do not need to deal with ISPs that do not play by the rules. I
do think that everyone who does not honour the timeouts set forth in the
RFCs should simply suffer. And that is that.

(yes I know, not very practical from a commercial point of view) 13
seconds does the trick for me
