X-MailScanner-SpamCheck

Hi there,

We run MailScanner, SpamAssassin and a couple of virus scanners (Clam and
McAfee) on Debian GNU/Linux. I've noticed recently that it's doing a great
job, but frequently when spam does get through, the X-MailScanner-SpamCheck
header is blank even though X-MailScanner deems it to be clean.

I know previously it would put a "timed out" somewhere in the headers if
SpamAssassin didn't respond in an appropriate time, but I'm confused why
it's empty. This seems to be what is causing the spam to get through. At
other times, X-MailScanner-SpamCheck does return the scoring information
and the tests it ran against it.

Thanks,
Chris.
