MailScanner not updated on freshmeat

I notice that the latest MailScanner, 4.31.4-1, hasn't been placed on
freshmeat, http://freshmeat.net/projects/mailscanner, which still shows
4.30.3 (01-May-2004).  Is freshmeat still being updated?
