A new behavior?...SpamAssassin timed out (with no network checks) and was killed & Disabled RBL SBL+XBL as reached 7/10 timeouts [SCANNED]

Looks like something I had a few weeks back.  Did you get the change at
RBL+XBL?  I added name cache of DNS and in spam.lists.conf was changed to

SBL+XBL                         sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org.

Can't remember what it was before, to check it, but this worked and fixed it.
The DNS cache didn't fix it but I'm glad I put it in because it helped speed in
some cases or loads.
