MS Upgrade 4.31.6-1 and new MailScanner.conf

[lester lasad]

I have backed up the entire /etc/MailScanner prior to
attemping the upgrade to 2 separate locations so I
still have my original MailScanner.conf

Thanks for the feedback.  What's the next step?
