I think virus are never delivered, you must make sure your
MailScanner.conf says that it will quarantine infected messages. Once a
message is quarantined, you can release it. But you must make sure that
it is not scanned again for viruses or it will be quarantined again.
If you use mailwatch, you can actually see the body of the message
before releasing it.
