Spam Bounce action issues

If you can tell that they are legitimate, then there's a spamassassin rule
just waiting to be constructed.  Also, traing Bayes so the genuine stuff is
learnt as ham helps too.

IMHO, you're addressing the wrong problem with the wrong solution.

The real problem is that you're misidentifying ham as spam somewhere along
the line.

Fix that and no more bounce messages are required.
