missing perl files in perl-tar

I didn't want to include these in the list, as people not using them would
be told that they were missing, which may lead to confusion. So I thought
it better to just miss out modules which weren't installed.
What do you think?
Would you prefer to have a second "optional" list of modules, that would
include ClamAV, SAVI and SpamAssassin?

P.S. I have now added Net::LDAP Mail::SpamAssassin SAVI Mail::ClamAV to an
"optional" list which will report as "missing" if they aren't there. Good
idea, thanks for that.
