Fix for MyDoom-O problems

 Correct. The Message.pm that Julian supplied matches up perfectly with the
patch that Mariano Absatz sent. HOWEVER, Julian's patch doesn't work
properly on a stock 4.31.6-1 Message.pm due to failed hunks.

 If you want to manually patch, I suggest you use this one:
http://baby.com.ar/MailScanner/zipWzip/zipWzip-4.31.6.patch
 Otherwise, use the Message.pm that Julian sent.

 Well that depends on how your site is configured. If you block all zip
files anyways, no. If you allow zip files but still want content and/or
filename checks inside of zip files to work properly, yes.
