Postfix issues

Something strange - today i noticed that sql was stopped and i had 500
emails banked up waiting to be processed - i started sql and restarted
MS and keep seeing  the following in the log The number 495 is ever
increasing.

Does anyone havge any tips on getting mail flowing again :( ?

I have never seen a corrupt postfix error message before. But i did
notice that /tmp was %100 FULL of sa.87345 files. One of my other
consoloes was spitting out
