In hispam.actions.rules i have:

FromTo: default           delete
To:     *@domain.co.uk    deliver striphtml

If a message arrives that has user at domain.co.uk and user at otherdomain.co.uk in the addtess headers, the message is always delivered
with striphtml to both. Is there anyway that the copy for user at domain and user at otherdomain can be treated differently?
