Rob

1) there are 'problems' with rulesemporium.com at the moment (on going
since last weekend).

2) the surbl.org implements the bigevil.cf data in an rbl style way.
you'll need to install a plugin for sa 2.63 which is at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/spamcopuri/. Then you can install the
ws.surbl.org (which includes Bill Stearns blacklist.cf ur';s)  into the
.cf included with the plugin.

Just persevere with the instructions on www.surbl.org main page.

bigevil.cf increased 10 fold over the past couple of weeks so it's now a
real performance/memory hog..

best to use the ws.surbl.org URI rbl instead.
