Question Regarding Whitelist By Domain

Hello,

We're planning to implement the whitelist by domain custom function, but
we have whitelist entries (such as selected fedex.com servers) that are
global for all domains we scan. When using this custom function, is
there a way to also incorporate a global whitelist that covers all
domains w/out having to create identical entries for each domain?
