Removing HotBar - example attached

This could be something that could be implemented as a "feature" later on...
the ability to "disarm" not only web bugs, but any URI whatsoever, by
ruleset. That way you could still deliver the message containing links to
HotBar, IncrediMail, and other administrative-pain-in-the-coccyx programs
that either load the user's browsers with assorted crap or fill them with
spyware.

How about something like this in your spam.assassin.prefs.conf file (not 
tested but should work):
describe HOTBAR01 Hotbar URL found
uri      HOTBAR01 /\bhotbar\.com/
score    HOTBAR01 100

That will give them a high score.  Then just use :
High Scoring Spam Actions = delete
