SpamCop Wierdness?

Over the last week I've noticed that I've been getting a lot of false
positive spam.  Now that I've had some time to check it because SpamCop
has become very aggressive to say the least.

I had SpamCop list with a high value since it had been very consistent
but I've had to reduce it to 0.

Has anyone else noticed this?
