It is true for all Outlooks even yours. Please reread his posts. What he
wants is something like this


X-Whatever: String2
X-Utwente-MailScanner: String1 String2 String3


He now would like to have a rule search for the occurance of "String2"
in the X-Utwente-MailScanner header only. Since you do not know where in
the header the String will be and since Outlook is not able to process
RegEx, this is something you cannot do from within outlook... He cannot
look for "String2" in the headers since the next message with

X-Whatever: String2
X-Utwente-MailScanner: String1 String3

would trigger a false positive. He cannot look for
"X-Utwente-MailScanner: String1 String2" in the headers since

X-Whatever: String2
X-Utwente-MailScanner: String2 String3

would give him a false negative.
