White list question

        In my /etc/MailScanner/rules/spam.whitelist.rules I have the following
entry:

To:             lrotkin at lssi.net                yes

This user does not want his email marked with Spam. However when an
email is destined for this user and other users, the email is white
listed for the other users as well. Is there any way to set this up so
the other users email will be marked as Spam?
