You tell mailscanner what to do with a message, i.e. store, deliver, forward

delete is just saying "dont do anything", do not store, deliver or anything,
i.e. the message just disappears into /dev/null

But if the option was called "nothing", it might be understood as "do not
modify, just pass along", which is what "deliver" do.

So "delete notify" doesn't make sense.
