Check your MailScanner.conf settings for the queue directory settings,
which should read:
Incoming Queue Dir = /var/spool/postfix/hold
Outgoing Queue Dir = /var/spool/postfix/incoming
Then try re-starting MailScanner. I suggest tailing your mail logs to
check for any grumbling from MS or Postfix (tail -f /var/log/maillog)
