Not sure how you release spam from quarantine

I am using SpamAssassin and add a "SPAM_REQUESTED" with my quarantine
release script.  SPAM_REQUSTED is -100, so ought to get through another
round of spam testing, when I put it back in mqueue.in, and will then
get scanned for viruses.
