Blocked content Warning.txt

I have a user who daily gets a report from a customer in winmail.dat
form.  Occasionally, it can not be parsed and is reported as corrupt.
The user gets the warning message:

Warning: This message has had one or more attachments removed
Warning: (not named).
Warning: Please read the "Glen_Raven-Attachment-Warning.txt"
attachment(s) for more information.

However, the attachment is replaced with the corrupt winmail.dat file.
Is there anything I should look at to fix this?  We are using
MailScanner 4.25-14.
