  http://docs.sun.com has some reasonable information on creating
packages, but you might find 'man pkgmk' just as usefull.  If you would
like some offline help, I am pretty familliar with the SVr4 package
mechansism (just too busy right now to do it myself - but also think
this would be a good idea).
