Extreme Whitelisting

On some domains passing through my mailscanner gateway, I receive a request
that no processing be done for a specific user and, additionally, would like
to save cpu cycles.  Right now I have to use rule files to disable spam
scanning, virus scanning, and spam header to avoid the appearance as well as
the fact of processing.

Is there (could there be) a way to alert MailScanner to just move the
messages for this user to the outbound queue and quit?
