Blacklist question, please

I get a lot of spam from a varying domain name which usually takes the form
of:

blahblah at stderr.blahblah.com

(blah represents the varying part)

Is a blacklist entry of the form below valid, and if not, how would someone
suggest I write it:

From:    *@stderr.*    yes
