auto updating sophos IDEs

I wrote one that processes the e-mails that Sophos sends when a new IDE file is released. The only advantages of using it over the others mentioned are that it doesn't hit the Sophos website unnecessarily (only when there's an update, as opposed to every hour or whatever) and you typically get protected against new bugs a little faster.
