The default must come Last.

I've already fixed it

Look at /etc/MailScanner/rules/use.mailscanner.rules

And in the /etc/MailScanner.conf file

Spam Checks = %rules-dir%/use.mailscanner.rules

Do a MS-reload after changing this file
