Disabling scanning for one person

You can do this for virus scans AND spam.  Just point the directive in
MailScanner.conf at a ruleset.  In the ruleset:

FromTo: user at nottoscan.org      no
FromTo: default                 yes

Reload MailScanner and you are done.
