[OT] - Size limit rules

As long as you are running Perl 5.6.0 or newer, you should be okay. Do a
"MailScanner -v" after installing MailScanner (or a "perl -v" before!)
to check.
And the answer to your second question is: You can use "fromorto" in a
rule. For example:
FromOrTo: some
user at some.domain 100000
in the ruleset file.
