Duplicate emails (STILL OCCURING) - same smtp id processed by different MS processes.

With RHEL ES 3 Update 3, sendmail-8.12.11-4.RHEL3.1, MailScanner 4.36.4-1
and posix Lock Type i get the same problem

from yesterday **i'm trying this patch and the problem sames to be fixed ...
